Christmas Blues

Is it over yet? The level of Christmas spirit is overwhelming... If one more man lets a door slam in my face i'm going to go off!!! People are so crazy and rude this time of year. Traffic is out of control, everyone is sick - i'm getting sick - i've got the sniffles and the coughs and the aches and i'm tired and i just want to stay in bed and do nothing! It's warm and sunny at 70 degrees one day and freezing ass cold the next. What is up with the freaking weather? So i ask, can Christmas hurry up and be over already? I'm ready for some kind of normalcy. I'd settle for Old Man Winter to decide to either piss or getting off the pot.

About the only thing that has made me happy this joyous holiday season (yes, sarcasm is intended here) is the following. Watch and enjoy - oh and go elf yourself! :)

i tell ya, it was one down-right enjoyable episode. :)

the beach trip was interesting to say the least. a couple of times i would have liked to strangle my mother or at least just run off and left her in the current store she wouldn't leave...but then i look at the pictures. Is this adorable or what?! That is my mom on the right and my 85 year old grandmother on the left.

sad & happy too

I'm sad because i got expelled from the Top Designer contest. :( but it is okay. I look at it this way. At least i tried. I am trying to be more active in online contests, websites etc. And at least i didn't get knocked out the first week.

And i'm happy because i'm headed for the BEACH tomorrow morning!!!! Yay!!! I am sooooooo ready for a vacation.

We watched Resident Evil Extinction yesterday. it was pretty good. I jumped like a hundred times and Steven laughed at me each time.

Guess what?!

I am bloggin' from my new laptop! Hooray! I have been without my own computer for months now and it's been horrible! Steven always let me use his of course, but now i don't have to ask him to leave it at home or say, "hey, when you are done, can i use that"? that always sucked! Now i have one that's Mine - ALL MINE!




I'm in a scrapbooking contest right now called Top Designer at Badgirlskits.com. i made it through the first class and turned in #2 last night. I'll find out tomorrow whether or not i have been expelled from school or get on the honor roll. :)

I'm on fire!

I did 2 whole scrapbook pages and finished one i started last weekend!


We bought an elliptical machine today. It was pouring down rain when we got home, so it's still sitting in the back of my car.


We watched 2 good movies this past week, Disturbia and Fracture.


Big Brother has taken some interesting twists and turns, but that is what is so great about that show, they change their minds a hundred times a week and they don't usually do what you think they are. I've been watching the 3 hour live feed a night on Showtime a good bit. They talk strategy and game the whole time, i mean it makes sense, but not ever having watched the live stuff before i just didn't think about it. I feel bad for Eric, being America's player is going to eventually screw him. I think America is purposely trying to mess up his game.


Here are some picture of Sweet P playing with her favorite toy. We are playing fetch. Yep, my cat plays fetch. It's so funny.

She loves that thing so much. It chirps when you shake it and she goes bananas for it.

Don't let the cuteness fool you. She can be ferocious! She's the smallest of the 4 cats at around 3 or 4 pounds, but she is the deadliest. I love her though, even though she has scratched the living daylights out of me on more occasions that i can count.
